The Proxity PWA offers a seamless onboarding process for merchants, making it simple for them to set up their accounts and start managing their businesses. The registration process is divided into clear steps, guiding merchants through entering their business details, location, and banking information for handling cashback and loyalty programs.
Each step is designed to be straightforward, ensuring that merchants can quickly and easily input their information without hassle. From creating a business profile to confirming the terms and conditions, the process is intuitive, allowing merchants to efficiently complete their registration and begin using the platform.
App Goals
The primary objective of Proxity is to enable merchants to retain their customers by offering benefits such as loyalty points and cashback. In an increasingly competitive market where local businesses face pressure from larger online platforms, Proxity helps merchants strengthen their relationships with customers while providing incentives for repeat business. Through the centralized management of customer profiles, transactions, and loyalty programs, merchants can offer attractive rewards while increasing customer engagement. The app allows merchants to easily manage customer information, track loyalty points, and facilitate transactions, creating a seamless process for both merchants and customers.

The Proxity platform provides administrators with powerful tools to
oversee and manage merchants, campaigns, and overall network
performance. With features like merchant management, access to
detailed statistics, the creation and management of marketing
campaigns, and administration of territories and cities, the interface
offers a comprehensive and centralized view of platform activity. A
key part of Proxity’s development was the migration of the PWA from
Vue.js 2 to Vue.js 3, utilizing the Composition API. This transition
enhanced the app’s modularity, performance, and maintainability while
ensuring a smooth and optimized user experience moving forward.
